Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using MyPoll (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for people 18 years and older.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or block an account for abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

3. Ask Credits

Ask Credits are an in-product unit used for answering, budgets and rewards. They are not money, securities or e-money; they cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Service except where the product explicitly allows it. Balances, bonuses and limits may change. Credits obtained through abuse may be reversed.

4. Content and conduct

You must not:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive or rights-infringing content;
• Create fake accounts or manipulate results or Ask Credits;
• Probe, scrape or overload the Service;
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the polls and comments you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate them as part of the Service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

6. Results and “the crowd”

Results are based on participants’ answers and can vary with sample, audience and timing. The Service is not professional advice and we do not guarantee that results are accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost Ask Credits. Our total liability is limited to what applicable law requires.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
